REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Registration forms must be filled in via the website www.h3bmedia.com. Once the registration process is complete, a confirmation will be sent to the participant’s e-address provided upon registration.
Once payment has been received by our accountancy department, an invoice will be sent to the participant. If you do not receive it within two weeks of settling payment, please contact Mrs Odile Pignier at odile@h3bmedia.com to make sure your booking has been processed.

Please note that places are limited and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment should be made in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds, by credit card (Visa or Eurocard/MasterCard). Please note that American Express cards are not accepted. Four weeks before any event, credit cards will be the only possible mode of payment.
Payments by bank transfer or cheque are also accepted as long as payment is received by H3B Media Ltd four weeks before the event at the latest. Please note that bank transfer charges must be paid by the sender.
Cheques can be labelled in Euros, British Pounds and US Dollars. All cheques will be made payable to h3bmedia Ltd. For other modes of payment, please contact Mrs Odile Pignier at odile@h3bmedia.com for special arrangements.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

Cancellations mentioning the delegate’s name and organisation must be sent in writing to odile@h3bmedia.com . If cancellation notification is received four weeks before the event, a refund will be processed after the event but an administration fee equivalent to £40 will be retained.

Less than four weeks before the event, no refunds will be made but substitutions are welcome.

The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of h3b Media Ltd to modify the content, date, timing and venue of the event. In case of cancellation of the event by h3b Media, we will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

Registered participants agree that neither h3b Media Ltd nor the venue take any responsibility for insurance and liability. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements in terms of medical, travel and personal insurance.
